THC 8000

 

The THC8000 is a continuous analytical system that measures the total hydrocarbon (THC) in ppm level in various gases such asOxygen, Air, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Argon, Helium and Hydrogen.

 

The THC8000 module is composed of a flame ionization detector placed in a temperature regulated chamber and coupled with a continuous analysing technology. Burning of the components containing hydrocarbons by the hydrogen flame generates an ion current proportional to the impurities introduced into the gas to be analysed.

 

This analyser is a standard 19 inch rack module, 4U in height and 450 mm in depth.

 

The THC8000 is mainly used for the measurement of THC in air separation units (ASU). Apart from the sturdiness and the already recognized metrological performances of these FID analysers, Orthodyne also presents a major evolution concerning the user-friendliness of the analytical interface and measurement stability. The new architecture of this analyser has been designed in order to facilitate the use and the integration of this analyser on industrial sites, especially for process measu
