The J.U.M Heated Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer Model 3-500 FID is our lowest cost alternative to continuously measure the total concentration of hydrocarbons within a gaseous sample. This can be ambient air, exhaust gases from a combustion process e.g. stack emissions, from any type of an industrial vent, from an internal combustion engine, or from any other emission containing hydrocarbons. The 3-500 is based on our time proven 300A FID platform of which we have sold thousands of analyzers. 
The 3-500 fully complies with EN 12619, EN 13526 (EU), with 2. BImSchV, 13. BImSchV and 17. BImSchV, (Germany) and with EPA Method 25A and Method 503 (USA). It can be used as a table top instrument but is ideally suited to be integrated in CEMs.

The J.U.M OVF-3000 Portable Heated Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer is a light weight, over the shoulder portable heated FID analyzer to continuously measure the total concentration of hydrocarbons within a gaseous sample. This can be ambient air, exhaust gases from a combustion process e.g. stack emissions, from any type of an industrial vent, from an internal combustion engine, or from any other emission containing hydrocarbons. The standard OVF-3000 is equipped with our new low pressure metal hydrid fuel storage system which is good for continuous operation for 50 hours. Fuel Storage can be safely refilled by the user. 
It fully complies with EN 12619, EN 13526, QAL 1 (EU), with 2. BImSchV, 13. BImSchV and 17. BImSchV, (Germany) and with EPA Method 25A and Method 503 (USA). It is ideally suited to be used in all stack emissions applications.

Model VE 7 



Our model VE7 heated FID is being manufactured since 1974 and is the first heated THC analyzer ever built with a permanent back purge sample filter. It is still the most liked heated FID throughout the stack testing community due to its legendary ruggedness, forgivingness and long standing accuracy and sensitivity. The VE7 belongs to the very first total hydrocarbon analyzers being officially certified for compliance in Europe. In the USA, a significant part of the Method 25A was written around the VE7. Many thousand VE7s were sold mainly in Europe and in the USA.

Model 3-200



Our transportable model 3-200 fully heated FID is successfully used throughout international markets for over 30 years. Also among other portable gas FIDs, the 3-200 It is the first ever built transportable fully heated FID using our proprietary back purge sample filter. It is widely distributed throughout the industry and the stack testing community and is much liked for its ruggedness, high accuracy, sensitivity and stability. Our optional 50 liter low pressure metal hydride fuel storage can easily be mounted on the left side panel and allows a 45 hour minimum of uninterrupted operation. This fuel storage can be self-refilled at a low pressure of only 25 bar. No special adapter needed. A standard 2-stage pressure regulator with a 30 bar outlet is sufficient

The 3-200 is officially certified to be ** identical to the VE7 and 3-300A analyzers. It is TUV approved and certified for 2. BImSchV. 13. BImSchV and 17. BImSchV and fully complies with EN 12619, EN 13526 (EU) and with EPA Method 25A and Method 503 (USA)

Model 3-300A 



The 3-300A heated FID was designed in the early 80's as a space saving alternative to our VE7. Also the 3-300A was a "first" in the industry due to its sample filter back purge feature. It is also a very much liked 19" rack mount heated FID throughout the stack testing community and well known for its ruggedness, forgivingness and long standing accuracy and sensitivity. The 3-300A is fully identical to the VE7 and 3-200 and has been officially approved for that.

Model H100



Our HFID Model H100 is a compact heated FID analyzer for high purity hydrogen applications. The H100 measures low trace total hydrocarbon concentration in Hydrogen. For fastest response and highest accuracy except the pressure regulator all components in contact with sample are housed in a 190 deg Celsius heated oven.. The Model H100 is ideally suited for the detection of very low traces of hydrocarbons in pressurized high purity Hydrogen gasses. H100 may also be well suited for the integration in low concentration Hydrogen online inspection systems.

The Model H100 uses a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) in a heated oven to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and to provide long term stability and reliable performance in the analysis of low trace concentration levels of hydrocarbon contaminants in high purity Hydrogen.

Model 5-100



Our 5-100 is a compact heated FID analyzer for high purity  gases applications. The H100 measures low trace total hydrocarbon concentration in CO2, Argon, Helium, Nitrogen N2O and many other technical gases. For fastest response and highest accuracy  all components in contact with sample are housed in a 190 deg Celsius heated oven, except the pressure regulator. The Model 5-100 is ideally suited for the integration in low concentration semiconductor gases online inspection systems.

Heated FID Analyzer for FTIR based CEM's, 3-700



The J.U.M Heated Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer Model 3-700 FID is designed to be installed directly upstream of a FTIR analyzer (e.g. Gasmet) to continuously measure the total concentration of hydrocarbons within a gaseous sample. All controls which allow to calibrate the FTIR or FID individually are built in. Sources can be ambient air, exhaust gases from a combustion process e.g. stack emissions, from any type of an industrial vent, from an internal combustion engine, or from any other emission containing hydrocarbons.

Model VE572



The HFID Model VE572 is a reliable and rugged Dual Channel Sequencing heated total hydrocarbon analyzer for low drift, high accuracy, sensitivity and stability. It uses our time proven hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) in a heated oven to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and to provide reliable performance in the analysis of high concentrations down to trace levels of THC -contaminants in high purity gases, air and other gases.
All sample wetted components are integrated into the heated chamber. The two permanent heated sample filters are designed to be fully regenerated by back purging with compressed air or nitrogen. With only a few seconds needed for back purging, this technique allows uninterrupted measurements during cleaning of the sample filter while not in the sample mode. During back purging the sample filter, the sample line is also cleaned. The use of a stack probe filter is not necessary.
The combustion air supply for the detector is built in. No expensive zero gas generator or external cylinder for synthetic air is needed. Automated sample sequencing and back purging of the sample filter can be done with one of our optional timing controllers.
